My way
Competitive sports, competitions and body shaping were my first challenges. My playing fields were swimming, tennis, volley ball, horseback riding and bodybuilding. After my studies I was a successful business woman and owner of the advertising agency »Barolo Graphics« in Frankfurt, Dessau and Potsdam.
In order to find my balance I strike the path of mindfulness and calm, the »nurturing of livelihood« through QigongYangsheng. That’s how I found powerful energy and inner calm. My consciousness increased, my awareness became clearer, my goal was to harmonize body and soul, strengthen my resistibility in order to be fit for the requirements of private and business life. I found my passion and a new vocation.
As an experienced coach and Qigong trainer I coached sportsmen, artists, entrepreneurs, individuals, lone fighters and teams and their plans: to implement their ideas, to reach new goals and recover, to live content and self-determined.
